“Thanda is the second trainer I’ve worked with. Before meeting her, I had already been training with a male trainer for over a year. But when I saw Thanda at the gym, I felt that working with a female trainer would be a better idea.

We started training together in the summer of 2023, and I’ve loved her attentive coaching ever since. She is always punctual and never reschedules on a whim, which reduces friction and makes it easy for me to stay consistent with going to the gym. I actually took a year-long break, but I’m back now because I realized that an hour with Thanda is simply the best way to make my workout count.

My mindset is a bit more laid-back now.
