Private Personal Training

Personal training provides individualized one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, experience level, and unique needs. Each session is designed to progress at your pace, with close attention to exercise technique, program design, and long-term results. This option is ideal for those who want the highest level of guidance, accountability, and personalized support.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training offers a more affordable way to work with me while training alongside up to two other clients (maximum of three participants total). Each session focuses on the same muscle groups and movement patterns, with exercises and weights adjusted based on your experience level and technique.

I do my best to group clients with similar skill levels whenever possible, though scheduling availability also plays a role. If you are more experienced, your workout will be progressed accordingly to ensure you are still challenged.

Because attention is shared among participants, semi-private training is best suited for clients who are comfortable working more independently and require less one-on-one coaching than private training.

Nutrition Coaching

Practical, sustainable guidance to improve eating habits, body composition, and overall wellness. Includes accountability, education, and individualized recommendations to help you build habits that fit your lifestyle.

Virtual Personal Training

Live coaching sessions conducted remotely via video. Receive real-time instruction, feedback, and accountability from anywhere, with the same personalized approach used in person. This option is ideal for those who want structure and support of a live session but are unable to train in person.

Online Coaching

Customized training programs, progress tracking, exercise video review, and ongoing communication to help you stay consistent and continue making progress wherever you are. This option is ideal for those who prefer to train on their own while still recieving expert guidance and accountability
