“I first met Thanda in November 2021, when I was a member at a group fitness studio where she was one of the coaches. Post-pandemic, I was at my heaviest and made the decision to seek support in my fitness journey.

From the beginning, Thanda empowered me to challenge myself. She encouraged me to lift heavier weights even when I doubted my ability. She was meticulous about form, always attentive to ensure I was executing movements safely and effectively. As a beginner, I found many of the technical exercises overwhelming, but Thanda approached each session with patience, passion, and grace with every member she coached.

What truly sets Thanda apart is her remarkable ability to notice even the smallest nuances in movement. I often joke that she knows my body better than I do. That level of insight and care made it an easy decision to continue training with her one on one.

Now, nearly four years later, I continue to train with Thanda, not because of the physical progress I’ve made but because of the trust and confidence she’s helped me build along the way. She has helped me reach so many fitness goals I’ve set out such as being able to do pull ups, push ups, and deadlifting with great form. Today, I’m at a healthy weight, stronger, and have a true growth mindset. But most importantly, I have more confidence and sense of self because of what she has taught me.
